Driving Directions

From the North (via I-29 S / I-35 S):

  • Head south on I-29 S toward Kansas City.

  • Merge onto I-35 S and continue toward downtown KC.

  • Take the exit toward 12th Street.

  • Turn left onto 12th Street heading east.

  • Turn right onto Main Street heading south.

  • Arrive at 1100 Main St — Lightwell KC will be on your right.

From the South (via I-35 N):

  • Head north on I-35 N toward Kansas City.

  • Continue on I-35 N as you enter downtown Kansas City.

  • Take the exit toward 11th Street.

  • Turn right onto 11th Street heading east.

  • Turn left onto Main Street heading north.

  • Arrive at 1100 Main St — Lightwell KC will be on your left.

From the East (via I-70 W):

  1. Head west on I-70 W toward Kansas City.

  2. Continue on I-70 W as you cross into the downtown area.

  3. Take the Downtown Loop exit and follow signs for downtown KC.

  4. Navigate to 11th Street and head west toward Main Street.

  5. Turn right onto Main Street heading north.

  6. Arrive at 1100 Main St — Lightwell KC will be on your left.

From the West (via I-70 E):

  1. Head east on I-70 E toward Kansas City.

  2. Continue on I-70 E as you approach the downtown area.

  3. Take the 12th Street exit toward downtown KC.

  4. Turn right onto 12th Street heading east.

  5. Turn right onto Main Street heading south.

  6. Arrive at 1100 Main St — Lightwell KC will be on your right.

From Kansas City International Airport (MCI)

Driving Directions

  1. Depart Kansas City International Airport (MCI) and head east on NW 112th Street toward the airport exit.

  2. Merge onto I-29 S and head south toward downtown Kansas City.

  3. Continue on I-29 S and merge onto I-35 S, following signs toward downtown KC.

  4. Take the 12th Street exit off I-35 S toward downtown Kansas City.

  5. Turn left onto 12th Street heading east through downtown.

  6. Turn right onto Main Street heading south and arrive at 1100 Main St — Lightwell KC will be on your right. Total trip is approximately 18 miles (25–35 minutes depending on traffic).

By rideshare/taxi (Uber/Lyft):​​

  1. Upon landing, follow signs inside the terminal to the Rideshare/Transportation Network Company (TNC) pickup area.

  2. Select your preferred ride type (UberX, Lyft Standard, etc.) and confirm your pickup location at the designated rideshare zone.

  3. Expected travel time is approximately 25–35 minutes depending on traffic, with fares typically ranging from $30–$50.
