ABOUT THE LAB
The AI Worker Build Lab is a working conference for real businesses that actually want to build with AI – not just talk about it. Over four hands-on sessions, vendors, consultants, and implementation teams will sit at the table with blue-collar and traditional companies to design, prototype, and test AI tools that augment workers instead of replacing them.
Together, we’ll walk through the four core phases of every business:
-
Tell people what we’ll do – marketing & outreach
-
Agree on what we’ll do – sales, scoping & contracting
-
Do it – operations, delivery & quality
-
Get paid – billing, accounting & reporting
In each phase, participants will define real problems from their own operations, work side-by-side with technologists in live build sessions (hackathon style), and pressure-test ideas against panels on safety, ethics, and responsible use. Every company leaves with prototype workflows, implementation roadmaps, and draft policy/guidance documents to support safe, human-centric AI adoption on the shop floor and in the office.

MISSION
AI Action Lab exists to help traditionally operated industrial and legacy businesses adopt AI in ways that actually support the people doing the work. As labor shortages grow and experienced workers retire, organizations need practical, human-centric solutions that capture knowledge, reduce busywork, and improve day-to-day operations. This event brings workers, business owners, integrators, and investors into the same room to explore real use cases and responsible AI approaches cutting through hype and showing how AI can become a true competitive advantage when it works alongside people.
